Our Commitment to Fight Discrimination

ON November 26, 2020 by alyssa.henning@zwift.com

In June we made a commitment and we stand by that today:

There is no place for discrimination of any kind in Zwift, our communities, or society.

We, like many, have been saddened by Chloé’s conduct on social media which has caused hurt and offense. There is no place for discrimination of any kind in Zwift, our communities, or society.

Both Zwift and CANYON//SRAM agree that steps must be taken to ensure this does not happen again. The team is proactively working with an external Diversity and Inclusion consultant to develop a comprehensive program of training for the whole team that will focus on dialogue, education and behavioral change.

With the support of the team, Chloé has taken her first step on her educational journey and reform. She now has been given the opportunity to redeem herself and follow up on those words by listening to others and actioning change with the support of the team and their new education program. Canyon//SRAM has made a commitment to change and we support their efforts to make this happen.

As a company we remain committed to fight discrimination.
